As a Value Demonstration and Affordability Specialist, you will play a vital role in securing patient access to our drug portfolio by driving strategic initiatives and supporting cross-functional teams to meet company goals.
Responsibilities:
- Critically review and summarize evidence from literature searches.
- Adapt HEOR Global models for local markets.
- Support and organize pharmacoeconomic studies, analytical reviews, competitor analysis, and pricing analysis for the company’s medicines in CIS countries.
- Develop models to explore scenarios informing strategic decisions, such as alternative reimbursement approaches, business cases for new product launches, and pricing strategies.
- Monitor and provide expertise on regulatory and economic pharmaceutical market documentation to ensure timely adaptation aligned with company objectives.
- Provide expert support to cross-functional teams by preparing documents, justifications, and participating in negotiations with key decision-makers.
- Translate business priorities into actionable projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure timely delivery.
- Ensure patient access conditions for therapies within the company’s portfolio according to planned goals.
Skills & Experience:
- University degree in business, health economics, pharmacy, medicine, public health, life sciences, or a related field.
- 2–3+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector with hands-on expertise in market access, pricing, HEOR, or reimbursement.
- Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical market and competitive landscape.
- Excellent numeracy and analytical skills, confident with epidemiology, budget impact, and cost-effectiveness methodologies.
- Practical experience preparing reimbursement dossiers, pricing proposals, or HTA submissions.
- Ability to translate complex clinical and economic evidence into clear, persuasive communication.
- Knowledge of legislative and regulatory requirements for drug market entry.
- Highly proactive with a strong sense of initiative.
- Fluent in Russian and English
