Golden Goose is a global CPA platform specializing in mobile traffic monetization. We connect advertisers and affiliate teams worldwide, building a powerful marketing ecosystem.

Our advanced mVAS platform delivers high-precision tracking, real-time analytics, and built-in anti-fraud. We offer flexible CPA and RevShare models for scaling traffic across more than 20 countries.

We are looking for a strong, strategic, and hands-on CMO to lead our marketing efforts.

What you'll do:

  • Develop and execute the Golden Goose marketing strategy to drive sustainable growth of our publisher base, strengthen our network brand, and build systematic partner communication across all marketing channels.
  • Launch multi-channel campaigns for publisher acquisition and retention.
  • Promote the brand on industry forums, media, and at conferences.
  • Implement loyalty and gamification programs.
  • Build and manage a high-performing team to achieve set goals.
  • Analyze channel performance and optimize the marketing budget.

You're a great fit if you have:

Required Hard Skills:

  • English B2+.
  • 5+ years in digital/performance marketing, with 2+ years as a CMO/Head of Marketing.
  • Expertise in growth marketing and performance analytics.
  • Hands-on experience with: Google Ads, Meta Ads, push/pop/native traffic, CRM systems, email marketing, and event promotion.
  • Proficiency in product analytics (CAC, LTV, Retention).
  • Experience developing partner loyalty and motivation programs.
  • Proven track record of building marketing funnels for the B2B/B2P segment (partner acquisition).

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience within CPA/Affiliate networks, major affiliate teams, or AdTech companies.

  • Understanding of the mVAS vertical and the specifics of webmaster operations in related niches.

  • Autonomy and proactiveness.

  • High standards for yourself and your team, coupled with a sense of responsibility for your team's actions and successes.

  • A hands-on attitude and a willingness to get into the details.

  • Attention to detail, without unnecessary micromanagement.
