T&T Intern

Almaty | Kazakhstan (KZ) | Full-time | Fix-term | Procurement & Supply Chain

Responsibilities

Ensure stable operation and continuous improvement of Track & Trace (T&T) processes within the Eurasian cluster:

• Regular monitoring and support of T&T reporting processes at the 3PL warehouse
• Manual creation and submission of shipment reports for clients
• On-site visits to clients’ warehouses to support T&T processes
• Investigation and resolution of incidents related to serialization and traceability
• Maintenance and regular update of the incidents database
• Participation in the development and enhancement of T&T systems
• Contribution to process optimization initiatives related to T&T reporting and compliance
• Active communication with international IT vendors and pharmaceutical manufacturers
• Collaboration with local 3PL warehouse teams
• Execution of other support-related tasks within the scope of T&T operations

Reporting line

Reports directly to T&T Group Head

Requirements

• Higher education (completed or in progress)
• No strict requirement for education profile
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of serialization standards and Track & Trace concepts
• High level of attentiveness, perseverance, and stress resistance
• Proficiency in English, Kazakh, and Russian

Optional / Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role within medium or large international pharmaceutical companies is an advantage
• Work experience in logistics or quality operations within the pharmaceutical industry
