We are now looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to strengthen our outreach and sales funnel — someone who understands how to turn data and messaging into actual client meetings and signed contracts.
This is a hands-on B2B outreach role, focused on generating qualified leads and helping turn them into signed contracts. Your main goal will be to identify ICPs, build targeted lists, create outreach sequences, communicate with potential clients through LinkedIn and email, and ensure each opportunity moves toward a meeting and, ultimately, a deal. This role is perfect for a motivated specialist who has already worked in sales or B2B lead generation, knows how to build communication chains, and feels comfortable negotiating and handling objections in text. Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential clients in the IT & Digital recruitment sectors based on ICP criteria.
- Build segmented lead lists using automation tools (e.g., LinkedIn Helper, SalesQL, Apollo, or similar).
- Develop and test outreach hypotheses, messaging styles, and sequences.
- Conduct B2B outreach campaigns in English and Russian.
- Engage with prospects via LinkedIn, email, and other platforms — from first touch to meeting setup.
- Maintain active communication with warm leads after the meeting, ensuring they progress toward signing a contract.
- Support the team in forming and refining ICPs and target audience strategy.
- Track KPIs and maintain lead data in CRM and tracking tools.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B lead generation or sales, ideally in services or digital industries.
- Understanding of outreach automation tools (e.g., LinkedIn Helper, SalesQL, Phantombuster, Apollo or analogs).
- Experience creating or optimizing LinkedIn messaging chains is a strong advantage.
- Prior experience in a lead generation agency or sales department is a plus.
- Strong written communication skills in English and Russian (required).
- Understanding of sales psychology and objection handling in text format (chat or email).
- Analytical and structured approach to research and data management.
- Proactive, result-oriented mindset with a natural sales drive.
