Responsibilities:

Developing a collection in accordance with market trends, sales analytics, and brand development strategy;

Active participation in the selection of fabrics and accessories for the collection;

Participation in fittings and discussions of final samples. Quality control of products and compliance with requirements;

Close cooperation with buyers, product and pricing analysts, and the VM department;

Managing a development team (designer, print designer, technical designer). Daily task setting and prioritization within the team. Participation in team selection and formation
Requirements:

Has experience as a Creative Director/Chief Designer;

Excellent understanding of trends and the competitive environment. Has deep knowledge of fashion, fabrics, and design;

Has advanced skills in working with Adobe Illustrator;

Knows collection development cycles and production calendar;
-
Possesses commercial thinking and understanding of business processes;

Possesses knowledge in the field of design and production technology of clothing, materials and processing methods;

Has experience in team management, motivation and organization;
-
Has an advanced level of English;
