What you will do:

Talk to founders of top-tier web3 and fintech projects around the world; 
- 
Work with exchanges, VCs and family offices to bring them onboard; 
- 
Manage your CRM, test sales approaches, and grow your pipeline; 
- 
Join leading fintech/blockchain conferences globally; 
- Provide market feedback and propose new product features.
Who we’re looking for:
- Up to 2 years of experience in B2B sales;
- 
Advanced/Fluent English — 90% of our clients are English-speaking; 
- 
Experience with cold sales — and the drive to close; 
- 
You know how sales work and how to solve problems fast; 
- 
Solid knowledge of crypto/web3 — from projects to trends to major players. 
You’re a great fit if:
- You already have connections in crypto/web3 and understand how the industry works — no need to start from scratch;
- You’re hungry — ready to earn $10,000+ monthly;
- You’re organized, independent, and don’t need micromanagement.
