Mail duties
· Reviewed interactions with HCOs, HCPs (active and passive participants), and government officials.
· Supported promotional activities, product launches, Rare Disease initiatives and diagnostic programs.
· Reviewed and negotiated agreements for grants, donations, transfer of product samples and demo kits, distribution, and intercompany arrangements.
· Ensured compliance of contracts and promotional activities with applicable laws and regulations, the AIPM Code, group policies, and internal procedures; performed contract clean-up, risk mitigation, and timely communication of risks to stakeholders.
· Created standardized templates and developed a comprehensive Contract Procedure.
· Provided corporate legal support, including coordination with HQ.
· Conducted training sessions and delivered legal updates to internal stakeholders.
· Revised the Delegation Policy to streamline approval processes.
Key Requirements
∙ A law degree obtained from the faculty of law of a recognized university
∙ More than 8 years of experience in a law firm, a corporate law department (preferably in the healthcare sector), or both
∙ Fluent English
Preferred Requirements
∙ Experience with legislation and regulatory matters related to the promotion of biopharmaceutical products in Russia and the CIS countries
∙ Experience in disputes and litigation related to the promotion of biopharmaceutical products in Russia and/or the CIS countries ∙ Good overall understanding of healthcare compliance matters ∙ Strong contract drafting skills and knowledge of general commercial law
∙ Well-developed interpersonal skills, sound judgment, and maturity ∙ Ability to work both independently and as part of a large in-house legal team
