Training Instructor-coordinator

Responsibilities:

• To organize and conduct initial training and retraining of aviation personnel.
• Develop training and retraining plans for each department and monitor their implementation.
• Follow training programs in accordance with the requirements of ICAO, IATA standards, and Order No. 1083 of the Acting Minister for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 24, 2015, “On training and retraining programs for aviation security service specialists and officials of the authorized civil aviation body on aviation security and safety issues.”
• Participate in the development and revision of the airline’s internal regulatory documents on aviation security training, ensuring their compliance with the laws and regulations adopted in the Republic of Kazakhstan, ICAO recommendations, and national requirements of the states to which the airline operates flights.
• Conduct classes, drills, exercises, debriefings, seminars, and summary meetings with airline employees on aviation security.

Requirements:

• Higher education

• Completion of the Basic Aviation Security Course, Instructor Course, and possession of the relevant approvals and authorizations issued by the Civil Aviation Committee (CAC)
• Total work experience: 3 years
• Professional experience in areas relevant to the functional responsibilities of the position: 3 years
