As we continue to expand internationally, we are establishing a representative office in Moscow and looking for an experienced, hands-on Head of Office to lead its operations.
The Head of Office will play a key role in setting up and managing the Moscow representation, leading a local team, and developing a strong partner network in the Russian-speaking market.
This position combines leadership, business development, and operational oversight - ideal for someone who can build structure, lead people, and drive results through trusted relationships.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of the Moscow representative office and ensure alignment with the company’s international standards and goals.

Lead, coach, and support the local business development and client relations team.

Develop and maintain strong, long-term partnerships with agents, introducers, and clients across the Russian-speaking market.

Represent bbf: at industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions (B2B and B2C).

Expand the local partner network by identifying and engaging new agents and business introducers.

Ensure consistent partner support through updates, trainings, and access to current marketing and property materials.

Collaborate closely with headquarters in Cyprus on strategy, reporting, and operational needs.

Monitor market dynamics, competitor activity, and emerging business opportunities.

Contribute to the establishment of internal processes and reporting standards for the new office.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field.

7+ years of experience in business development, real estate, or partner management, with at least 2 years in a leadership or team management role.

Proven track record in building and maintaining professional networks in the Russian-speaking market.

Strong organizational and people management skills.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.

Strategic mindset combined with a hands-on, entrepreneurial approach.

Fluency in Russian and English (Greek or other language is an advantage).
