As we expand our operations, we are establishing a representative office in Moscow and seeking an experienced Finance Manager to support financial structuring and banking operations between Russia and Cyprus.
Main Responsibilities

Develop and manage effective banking and financial channels between Russia and Cyprus.

Understand local and international banking regulations, compliance requirements, and payment flow structures.

Design and implement practical, compliant solutions for transferring funds and managing settlements across jurisdictions.

Act as a key contact with banks, payment institutions, and financial intermediaries.

Advise management and clients on optimal financial routes and structures.

Monitor changes in banking policies and adapt the company’s financial processes accordingly.

Coordinate with the finance teams in Cyprus to ensure accuracy, transparency, and timeliness of cross-border transactions.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, or Economics.

Proven experience (5+ years) in banking, corporate finance, or treasury, preferably with exposure to international operations.

In-depth understanding of Russian and European banking systems, payments, and compliance.

Strategic mindset, capable of balancing compliance and practicality.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Fluency in Russian and English is required.

Based in Moscow, with readiness for occasional travel to Cyprus.
