Your day-to-day:

  • Lead and coordinate anti-illicit trade strategies to protect PMK’s brand portfolio and business interests in Kazakhstan and Central Asia South (CAS).
  • Develop and implement market-specific ITP plans aligned with PMI global strategies.
  • Support regional teams in creating and executing ITP business plans and evaluating their effectiveness.
  • Manage departmental budget and ensure compliance with PMI financial policies.
  • Collect and analyze data on counterfeit and contraband tobacco products to support business decisions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customs and law enforcement agencies to facilitate inspections and enforcement actions.
  • Collaborate with commercial teams to align business initiatives with anti-illicit trade efforts.
  • Represent PMK at conferences and trainings to strengthen partnerships and share intelligence with local and international stakeholders.
  • Contribute to regulatory campaigns using ITP data and narratives.
  • Develop third-party advocacy platforms and awareness campaigns targeting consumers and trade.
  • Lead track & trace initiatives and collaborate with global AIT teams on investigations.
  • Ensure all activities comply with local laws and PMI internal standards.

Who we're looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Criminology, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 3-5 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Corporate Affairs, or anti-illicit trade operations.
  • Experience in law enforcement or regulatory compliance.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and regional business environment.
  • Excellent communication skills in Kazakh and English are preferrable.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Experience in the same functions is a strong advantage
