As a Business Development Specialist for the BPO Sector, you will lead initiatives to attract international companies across various industries (customer support, finance, e-commerce, IT, etc.) to establish outsourcing and customer experience operations in competitive, cost-efficient market. Leveraging incentives and ecosystem support programs, your mission is to position the location as a reliable, talent-driven destination for high-quality business process outsourcing services and global customer engagement.
Essential Requirements:

Fluent English (C1+), both written and spoken

Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or outsourcing services promotion

Proven record of engaging and negotiating with decision-makers at corporate level

Strong communication, presentation, and client relationship skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in BPO, CX, or contact center industry (inbound/outbound, back-office, or shared services)

Understanding of outsourcing models, process automation, and digital transformation trends

Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales outreach platforms

Additional language skills (Russian, Turkish, Arabic, or others) are advantageous
