We are an Innovation hub based, which creates vibrant startup ecosystems and technologies for AdTech & MarTech projects.

🚀 We are looking for a Team Lead Finance Operations for our Finance Department! Position requires relocation to Cyprus.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of 4 payment specialists ensuring that day to day treasury activities are carried out in line with operational needs:

- payment infrastructure is correctly reflecting incoming payments

- payments to suppliers are executed within agreed timeframes

- payment channel issues are resolved in timely fashion

- process of refunds following internal procedures

- communicate with other company departments to resolve any issues

- support sales department in negotiating payment terms with clients

  • Plan and manage account balances across multitude of banks and PSPs ensuring adequate liquidity
  • Oversee and manage integration of new banking channel providers into existing systems - technical tasks related to onboarding (e.g., API setups) and Business Process (BP) related tasks
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure accurate implementation of compliance policies
  • Identify and report potential risks or internal control issues, working closely with Accounting, Legal, and IT teams to implement appropriate solutions.
  • Monitor relevant communication channels, prioritizing and addressing issues as they arise
  • Support internal and external audits by providing relevant documentation and information as needed
  • Regular Reporting: compile data from relevant sources and format reports according to organizational standards; review and submit reports before deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Finance or a Related Field: A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a closely related discipline is essential
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in managing payouts and financial operations is required
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for financial analysis and reporting are mandatory
  • Strong command of both written and spoken English is essential for effective communication
  • Strong people management skills
  • Ability to analyze complex financial data and derive actionable insights
  • Capability to negotiate effectively and build strong working relationships
  • Keen eye for detail with a desire to delve deeper into data
  • Aptitude for identifying issues and developing effective solutions
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and environment
  • Position requires relocation to Cyprus
