Lead Generation Manager — Web3 / Fintech
Location: Hong Kong (relocation possible)

We’re a fast-growing startup based in Hong Kong, building in the exciting world of Web3 and fintech. We’re looking for a motivated Lead Generation Manager who wants to grow with us from day one — no years of experience required, just the right attitude, curiosity, and drive to succeed.

What you will do

  • Research and connect with founders of Web3 and fintech projects around the world;

  • Reach out to exchanges, VCs, and investors to open doors for our business;

  • Maintain and update our CRM;

  • Test new outreach strategies and learn what works;

  • Support the team at online and offline events, including major industry conferences;

  • Share market feedback to help shape our product and services.

Who we’re looking for

  • 0–2 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or related roles;

  • Good command of English (spoken and written);

  • Comfortable with outreach and starting conversations from scratch;

  • Interested in Web3/crypto — willing to learn fast;

  • Organized, proactive, and ready to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
