Responsibilities:
- Deliver technical support for Microsoft products such as Windows Server, Azure, M365, SQL, and Active Directory.
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, escalating when needed to senior engineers.
- Communicate clearly with customers in Russian or Kazakh, keeping them informed throughout the process.
- Contribute to IT projects focused on Microsoft platforms and cloud technologies.
- Share knowledge and collaborate closely with your teammates.
- Continuously learn and deepen your expertise in Microsoft solutions.
Requirements:
- Clear, structured communication in Russian or Kazakh and good English for internal collaboration.
- Strong troubleshooting mindset and problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft environments (Office, Azure, Windows Server, or SQL).
- Curiosity, motivation, and willingness to keep learning.
- Previous experience in IT support or managed services is a plus.
