⚙️ Responsibilities
• Participate in sales department head meetings.
• Communicate with hot leads: calls, correspondence, work in CRM and corporate chats.
• Maintain daily reporting during sales days.
• Support and develop long-term partnerships for repeat business and profit growth.
🔍 Who We're Looking For
• Fluent English proficiency from B2 level and above.
• Sociability, responsibility, and a results-oriented mindset.
• Experience in sales or customer service (preferably in the international segment).
• Experience working with international clients and closing high-ticket sales.
• Experience in personal branding, investment, finance, or education niches will be an advantage.
• The ability to articulate thoughts clearly and persuasively, negotiate, and close deals.
• Readiness to work under a service agreement (IP or self-employed status in the Russian Federation).
💰 Conditions
• Remote work, 6/1 schedule.
• Income: commission on deals + bonuses and incentives. The minimum income for strong managers is from 200,000 ₽/month (with no upper limit 💎).
• A base salary will be introduced after successful completion of the probation period.
