Hi! I’m Kate, Team Lead of the Client Growth team at Evido by Aitarget.
We’re expanding, and I’m looking for a Senior Client Success Manager — someone who will become a trusted partner for our Enterprise-level clients, guide them through onboarding, and support their paid campaigns across platforms (with a strong focus on Meta).

This is a role for someone who loves working directly with clients, understands performance marketing, and can combine communication, technical knowledge, and independent decision-making. The role is more account-focused than buying-focused, with lots of ownership, learning and room to influence processes.

Key Responsibilities

Client management & onboarding

  • Build long-term, trust-based relationships with Enterprise clients

  • Lead onboarding: explain product logic, walk clients through key steps, answer early-stage questions

  • Handle day-to-day communication: calls, presentations, proactive support, fast problem-solving

Work with advertising platforms

  • Set up and manage campaigns in Meta Ads and Google Ads

  • Oversee campaigns end-to-end: uploading creatives, monitoring performance, optimizing

  • Advise clients on other platforms (TikTok, Telegram, Snapchat, DV360, X, etc.) — willingness to learn quickly is key

Data & insights

  • Analyze campaign performance; prepare reports, presentations, recommendations

  • Translate complex technical and analytical data into clear business insights

Cross-team & platform collaboration

  • Respond quickly to client requests, including technical ones

  • Communicate with Meta, TikTok and other platform support teams

  • Work with internal teams: product, finance, sales, tech

Proactivity & client growth

  • Identify opportunities for cross-sell and additional solutions

  • Suggest improvements to internal processes and client journey

  • (Nice to have) Mentor junior specialists

Requirements

Professional

  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads within the last 6 months — mandatory

  • Experience with Google Ads — a strong plus

  • 3–5 years in digital marketing: client service, account management, or performance management

  • Ability to run several clients simultaneously

  • Strong English for communication (calls + written) + Russian (profecional or native)

  • Confident with Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis

  • Excellent communication and structured thinking

  • Able to work quickly and calmly under pressure

  • Genuine desire to help clients and grow in digital/AdTech

  • Strong written and verbal skills

  • Experience preparing media plans and presentations
