Primary purpose of the position

  • Position would be part of RCT Supply chain management team and would be leading forecasting, planning and replenishment activities
  • Primary purpose of the position is ensure continuous supply of product to markets in the territory complying with business needs, including new products
  • Position would be responsible for all market supply chain planning and replenishment activities

General duties and responsibilities

  • Lead market team of Supply chain planners and ensure continuous supply of product to the territory
  • Communicate with Teva network and 3PP suppliers market demand and ensure on time manufacturing and supply of product
  • Work in calibration with logistics and various financial hubs to ensure on time delivery of products to Russian territory with required set of documents.
  • Work with Quality to ensure prioritization of release to the market.
  • Work with Quality, Regulatory Affairs and Sites SC to ensure prioritization of change management projects, including new product implementation
  • Work with Logistics and financial hubs to support new products physical flow set up
  • Reflect in planning considerations upcoming material changes and regulatory variations and build adequate bridging stock.
  • Ensure efficient market preparation of Annual Operational Planning
  • Ensure efficient presenting of planning at Market S&OP process
  • Proactively analyses risks and build plans to mitigate them, effectively manage and resolve supply constraints and improve business continuity
  • Optimize and automate planning process
  • Support inventory at optimal level and reduce destructions

Qualification/ Skills

  • Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering/ Supply Chain Management/Logistics/Finance/Technology/Science and at least 5 years in multi-national supply chain organization
  • Good understanding of market SC planning processes, business considerations and operational constraints
  • People management – at least 3 year experience
  • Profound understanding of pharma industry – advantage
  • Project management skills – advantage
  • English at least Upper Intermediate
