MedPobeda is a digital education platform for medical students and healthcare professionals. The Business Manager will be responsible for growing partnerships with universities/colleges, increasing paid users, and managing key business processes of the company.

Responsibilities

  • Search for and attract new partner universities, colleges and clinics; present MedPobeda and sign cooperation agreements
  • Manage the full sales cycle: from first contact and meeting with rector/dean to commercial offer, contract and payment control
  • Build and maintain long‑term relationships with educational institutions and other key partners
  • Plan and execute activities to increase subscribers: campus events, promotions, academic year campaigns
  • Analyze market, competitors and customer feedback; propose ideas to increase revenue and improve product
  • Prepare monthly reports on sales, partnerships and main business metrics for the founders

Requirements

  • Experience in business development / sales / project or account management (education, IT, or services preferred)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills; confidence in meetings with university leadership
  • Languages: Uzbek (fluent), Russian (good); English will be an advantage
  • Ability to work independently in a startup environment, take responsibility and deliver results
  • Confident PC user (Excel/Google Sheets, PowerPoint, messengers; CRM will be a plus)

Conditions

  • Full‑time, based in Tashkent (hybrid/field work for meetings with universities)
  • Fixed salary + bonus/percentage based on performance (sales and active contracts)
