Join a global iGaming & Betting project and support users across Latin America!

We’re an international online entertainment platform operating in the iGaming and sports betting industry, actively growing in the LATAM region. We’re looking for energetic and empathetic Customer Support Operators who enjoy helping people and want to develop professionally in the iGaming world.

What You Will Do

  • Support users from Chile and Colombia through live chat and phone.

  • Assist with bets, odds, payouts, bonuses, verification, and all gaming-related questions.

  • Help users navigate LATAM payment systems (cards, e-wallets, local providers).

  • Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve account-related problems.

  • Maintain a high level of service quality and meet KPI goals.

  • Communicate in a friendly, professional, and solution-oriented way.

What We Expect

  • Native Spanish (LATAM) — mandatory.

  • Additional language: Russian or English — good written and spoken level.

  • Experience in iGaming, Betting, or online customer support is a strong advantage.

  • Strong communication skills and fast typing (180+ characters per minute).

  • Stress resistance, responsibility, empathy.

  • Understanding of betting mechanics, verification, payouts, or gaming processes — a big plus.

  • Prior support experience (6+ months) preferred, but motivated newcomers are welcome.

Technical Requirements

  • PC or laptop:
    — Intel i3 / Ryzen 3 or higher
    — 8 GB RAM
    — 256 GB SSD

  • Windows 10/11 or macOS.

  • Stable internet + backup channel (mobile data).

  • Noise-cancelling headset.

  • Quiet and distraction-free workspace.
