Role Overview
As a Technical Recruiter, you will manage end-to-end recruitment for a wide range of complex and time-sensitive technical roles across Europe (primarily Poland, Germany, Belgium, and the Netherlands, with occasional global mandates). The ideal candidate thrives in a high-volume, fast-changing environment, is confident handling demanding clients, and excels at sourcing niche IT and engineering talent under tight deadlines.
This role is fully remote, with flexibility in working hours, while primarily aligning with European time zones.
Key Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for IT and technical roles: sourcing, screening, assessing, and presenting qualified candidates.

Work across multiple clients simultaneously, often with urgent or high-volume hiring needs.

Source candidates for specialized technical roles, including positions requiring active security clearance.

Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through advanced sourcing methods, including LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms.

Prioritize and manage a high volume of incoming new requisitions; adapt quickly as priorities shift daily.

Communicate effectively with candidates and clients, ensuring an outstanding hiring experience.

Maintain accurate documentation and timely updates within our internal systems.
Required Experience & Skills

2+ years of experience in technical/IT recruitment, ideally across multiple regions or industries.

Proven ability to hire for complex, niche, and high-pressure roles with tight submission deadlines.

Experience recruiting in Europe (Poland, Germany, Belgium, Netherlands preferred).

Experience sourcing candidates who hold security clearance (nice to have but strongly preferred).

Strong expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter; a well-developed professional network on LinkedIn is essential.

Ability to work under pressure, manage competing priorities, and meet demanding hiring targets.

Exceptional communication skills; fluency in English is required

Self-driven, accountable, and comfortable working independently in a fully remote setup.
Compensation Structure
To ensure strong alignment and performance from the beginning, this role will start with a commission-only trial period, lasting until your first successful placement(s).
