Customer care specialist

REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCES:

• Language proficiency - spoken and written Arabic
• Technical proficiency in relevant computer applications (Word, Exсel are the must)
• Verbal and written communication skills
• Good data entry and typing skills
• Listening skills
• Problem analysis and problem-solving
• Customer service orientation

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle customer inquiries both over the phone and by live chat in Arabic language
• Assisting customers in tracking and organizing their online orders
• Research required information using available resources
• Maintain daily call targets
• Provide customers with product and service information
• Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
