Our client is a company providing logistics services in the USA. During the period of our cooperation, the Company has established itself as a reliable partner that continues its development, even during the pandemic and other times of crisis.
We are looking for an International Sales Manager with proven experience in Logistics.
Responsibilities:
- Find and attract new clients through calls, emails, and online outreach;
- Manage the client database by updating information, tracking deals, and providing reports;
- Communicate daily with the U.S. team and support clients with basic inquiries;
- Research the market and competitors to identify new opportunities;
- Complete training and work with internal tools and systems.
Requirements:
- English and Chinese B2–C1 level (verbal & written);
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills;
- Basic understanding of the B2B sales process (lead generation, outreach, follow-up);
- Professional attitude, discipline, and willingness to learn;
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or business development;
- Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage

Experience working with freight forwarders, logistics companies, or international clients is a plus (not required).
Conditions:
- Training classes, training from an experienced team leader;
- Working days 5/2, from 16:00 to 02:00 Almaty time;
- Bonuses (unlimited);
- Comfortable office in the city center, work only in the office;
