Senior Internal Auditor/Старший внутренний аудитор

We are seekeing a highly analytical and results-driven Senior Internal Auditor to join our Internal Audit Department.

This role is ideal for a professional with experience in Internal Audit/Internal Control (preferrably with BIG 4 background), who is eager to apply the expertise in internal audit, risk management, and process improvement into corporate environment. You will play a key role in evaluating internal controls, identifying risks, and ensuring compliance.

Обязанности:

• Plan, execute, and report on internal audit engagements across various business functions.
• Provide key input to development of the risk-based annual internal audit plan
• Assess internal controls, risk management processes, and compliance
• Identify control deficiencies and provide recommendations for process improvements
• Work closely with senior management and key stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of audit findings
• Communicate the results of audit projects via reports and presentations on a timely basis to the senior management
• Support fraud investigations and special projects as required
• Support Internal Audit Director in developing internal audit programs

Требования:

• From 3-4 years of experience in Internal audit or/and Internal Control
• Strong knowledge of risk management and internal controls
• Understanding of IFRS, SOX, COSO, and other internal audit standards
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess business risks
• Ability to communicate effectively and influence senior stakeholders
• Professional qualification or working towards CIA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent is an advantage
• Fluency in English is an advantage for this role
