We’re looking for a data-driven, execution-focused CMO to take full ownership of our global marketing strategy and team. This role is central to scaling our brokerage business across high-growth markets. You will shape the marketing function end-to-end: strategy, team, product influence, performance, and brand reputation — all directly tied to business metrics.
This is a role for someone who thinks three steps ahead, operates independently, and drives results through numbers.
What You’ll Do
Team Leadership
- Lead marketing department: product marketing, digital, content, PR/events, design, affiliates/partnerships.
- Upgrade the function: stronger processes, higher standards, faster execution.
- Develop managers and specialists: build a high-performance culture.
Marketing Strategy & Execution

Build and own the full global marketing strategy that supports company goals and revenue targets.

Create tailored go-to-market strategies for each region, with deep localization (India, SEA, LATAM, MENA, etc.).

Develop comprehensive marketing plans across all functions: product marketing, performance, brand, PR/Comms, content, design, events, affiliate etc.

Set up and scale end-to-end analytics: attribution, cohort analysis, A/B testing, ROI models, funnel analytics.

Build loyalty, onboarding, and retention programs that directly impact activity, turnover, and LTV.
Product & Cross-Functional Influence

Go deep into the product: understand the tech, the flow, user behavior, competitors.

Bring insights and proposals that directly affect product decisions.

Work closely with Product, Sales, Support, and Operations to deliver a unified customer experience.
Analytics & Budget Ownership

Full responsibility for the marketing budget.

Set, monitor, and own business KPIs.

Provide transparent reporting to leadership, with clear data, insights, and decisions.
What We Expect From You

10+ years in Marketing, including 5+ years in senior leadership roles within fintech, igaming, trading, or brokerage.

Deep experience in India, SEA, LATAM, MENA, etc. — market launch, localization, and scaling.

Proven ability to build and execute a global marketing strategy directly tied to business metrics.

Experience leading a 15+ person marketing team and building high-performing marketing organizations.

Hands-on experience scaling a mobile-first fintech product across acquisition, onboarding, activation, and retention.

Strong product influence capabilities: using data and user behavior insights to shape product decisions.

Strategic mindset with hands-on execution, high ownership, and the ability to operate independently.
