Working: Remotely, as part of an international team
Responsibilities:

Manage and expand relationships with key clients (pharma, biotech, CROs).

Develop strategic account plans aimed at long-term partnership growth.

Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities across service lines.

Conduct regular business reviews and strategic meetings with decision-makers.

Maintain consistent client engagement and ensure high satisfaction levels.

Evaluate client portfolios and generate forecasts for potential revenue growth.

Collaborate with BD/sales teams to convert opportunities into projects.

Track ongoing proposals, tender participation, and commercial negotiations.

Conduct regular analysis of client needs, operational challenges, and study pipelines.

Prepare account status reports, sales projections, and business review materials.

Maintain accurate CRM records and documentation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in life sciences, logistics, business, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in key account management, sales, or client-facing roles.
- Experience in pharma, clinical trials, supply chain, or healthcare services.
- Strong English proficiency — Upper-Intermediate/Advanced (B2–C1).
- Solid understanding of B2B account management principles.
