What you will do:

Engage with founders of top-tier web3 and fintech projects globally

Build and nurture relationships with exchanges, VCs, family offices, and other key players

Manage your CRM, develop your partnership pipeline, and test new outreach approaches

Attend leading fintech/blockchain conferences worldwide
Who we’re looking for:
- Up to 2 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales in web3/fintech

Advanced/Fluent English (90% of our partners communicate in English)

Strong understanding of crypto/web3: projects, trends, major players

An existing network in the industry — you already know people who can become partners

Self-motivated, organized, and able to solve problems quickly
