Mission:
Lead retail store expansion across Russia. Develop and execute strategies to meet opening targets, build efficient processes, and collaborate with internal teams for successful new store launches.
Key Responsibilities:
Create expansion strategies, opening plans, and budgets.
Select and evaluate sites in key commercial areas.
Negotiate and sign contracts with property owners.
Coordinate store setup, permits, and launch with operations, design, and supply chain teams.
Manage and train the local expansion team.
Monitor market trends and manage expansion risks.
Track performance data and optimize processes.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or higher. Chinese is a plus.
Above 5 years of retail expansion experience in Russia, familiar with Moscow commercial real estate. 3C/FMCG experience preferred.
Can independently handle full expansion cycle from research to contract signing.
Understands Russian business laws, leasing, and licensing. Risk-aware.
Strong cross-cultural communication and teamwork.
Adaptable to frequent travel, resilient, goal-driven, and results-oriented.
