🔎 Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for a "Builder 🧱" - someone who takes pride in the finished product, not just the prototype. We value trajectory and attitude over a perfect checklist.

  • ✅ You have "Quiet Confidence": 2.5+ years of real software engineering experience. You know your way around .NET Core and JS/TS (React/Vue). You are good at what you do, but you are humble enough to say "I don't know" and look for the answer. We welcome engineers from other backgrounds like Java, Rust, Python, C++ who are ready to switch, if you are ready for an extra push and ok to share transfer losses with us
  • ✅ You are realistic and curious: Having proper fundamentals and background, but clearly see your gaps and are curious enough to understand the problem better, to learn some different solution, just to become a tiny better version of yourself tomorrow.
  • ✅ You Value Feedback: You don't view Code Review as a battleground. You view it as a free education. You are open to critique because you want your code to be better, not because you want to be right.
  • ✅ You are a "Finisher": You don't just build the "happy path." You handle the edge cases, the error handling, and the boring parts of the logic because you respect the user and the stability of the system.
