Crew Manager

Core activities:

• performing crew changes for the assigned pool of 80 seafarers
• arranging documents required for smooth crew change arrangements: visas, certificates, endorsements, etc.
• updating and maintaining personal records and regularly checking seafarers’ documents
• ensuring that each assigned general cargo vessel is manned with qualified, medically fit and experienced seafarers
• participating in crew planning, selection, assessment and recruitment
• organizing international corporate events

Ideal candidate’s skills and qualities:

• ability to speak English and Russian fluently, required level of English - B2/C1 (key requirement)
• accuracy and responsibility
• proactive team player with open and transparent communication and solution focused approach
• interested in working with people
