We are a leading distributor of home appliances in Kazakhstan, committed to delivering high-quality products to retailers and end customers. We are looking for a proactive and skilled Distribution & Sales Specialist with strong English skills to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage distribution and sales of home appliances to retail partners and B2B clients.

Prepare, review, and manage contracts, agreements, and commercial documentation.

Ensure compliance with corporate business ethics and professional standards.

Conduct business negotiations with local and international partners.

Maintain accurate records and reports using MS Office and internal systems.

Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations of the supply chain.
Requirements:

Fluency in English (spoken and written).

Experience in distribution, sales, or related fields in FMCG or home appliances.

Strong knowledge of business correspondence, contract preparation, and office procedures.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Understanding of business ethics and professional conduct.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with CRM systems or ERP software is a plus.

Knowledge of international trade or import/export procedures.
