Over the past 1.5 years, we have developed and launched our own proprietary platform for casino and sports betting, as well as a custom-built affiliate system as a standalone product to scale traffic and partner networks.
Today, we are no longer a startup, but a young, bold, and independent company: over the past year, we have grown 3x, expanded into 18+ new markets, and are preparing to launch new products and business directions in the near future.

We are expanding our team and inviting a new Customer Support Specialist to help elevate the user experience of our online entertainment service.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support within the casino or sportsbook industry
  • Excellent communication and sales skills
  • High typing speed and accuracy
  • English is mandatory; proficiency in any other major European language (IT, ES, FR, PL, NL, EL etc.) is a strong plus

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via live chat and email
  • Troubleshoot and resolve account, payment, and technical issues
  • Provide accurate information about our games and promotions
  • Gather customer feedback and share insights with the team
  • Participate in setting up and structuring processes within the customer support department

Conditions:

  • Fully remote
  • Shift schedule: 2/2, 12 hours per day:
    Day shift: 08:00–20:00 GMT+3
    Night shift: 20:00–08:00 GMT+3
