Today, we are no longer a startup, but a young, bold, and independent company: over the past year, we have grown 3x, expanded into 18+ new markets, and are preparing to launch new products and business directions in the near future.
We are expanding our team and inviting a new Customer Support Specialist to help elevate the user experience of our online entertainment service.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support within the casino or sportsbook industry
- Excellent communication and sales skills
- High typing speed and accuracy
- English is mandatory; proficiency in any other major European language (IT, ES, FR, PL, NL, EL etc.) is a strong plus
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat and email
- Troubleshoot and resolve account, payment, and technical issues
- Provide accurate information about our games and promotions
- Gather customer feedback and share insights with the team
- Participate in setting up and structuring processes within the customer support department
Conditions:
- Fully remote
- Shift schedule: 2/2, 12 hours per day:
Day shift: 08:00–20:00 GMT+3
Night shift: 20:00–08:00 GMT+3 - You can choose a fixed schedule or mix day and night shifts
