Required skills:
- 3–5 years of commercial experience in software development with Ruby on Rails.
- DBMS experience: PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
- Knowledge of Cassandra or Kafka.
- English B2+.
Nice-to-have skills:
- Experience writing large-scale and highly usable web applications.
- Experience with microservice architecture.
- Cloud computing experience with AWS.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and optimize web applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including DevOps, QA, and UI/UX.
- Ensure application performance, scalability, and security best practices.
- Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical decision-making.
- Write and maintain unit and integration tests.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues efficiently.
