Inventory Manager

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the inventory department.
• Maintain and regularly update the equipment register.
• Enter purchase orders and inventory movements into the system accurately and on time.
• Verify delivered goods for compliance with purchase orders and photo reports.
• Conduct inventory counts at warehouses and restaurant locations.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies between restaurants, storage locations, and system records.
• Monitor the quantity and condition of damaged goods.
• Manage the flow of broken equipment, including diagnostics, coordination of repairs, and replacements.
• Communicate with restaurants, warehouses, and internal teams regarding inventory-related matters.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in inventory management or a similar role.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Willingness and ability to work both with spreadsheets/data and with people.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Working Conditions:

• Part-time position during the initial period.
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM (PST).
• Compensation: $10 per hour.
• Remote work.
