Position: Remote Sales Representative (Financial Services)
Location: Remote (U.S. Hours)
Languages: Fluent Uzbek & Russian; Intermediate English
Schedule: 40 working hours per week
- Wednesday–Friday: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM EST
- ➡️ Uzbekistan time: 21:00 – 06:00
- Saturday–Sunday: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM EST
- ➡️ Uzbekistan time: 21:00 – 06:00
Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and disciplined Sales Representative to handle phone-based sales for financial services across the United States. The ideal candidate is persuasive, confident, and skilled at building trust with potential clients. This is a fully remote position that requires professionalism, reliability, and the ability to work U.S. hours.
Compensation:
- Base salary + commissions for every sale
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound sales calls to prospects interested in financial services
- Handle inbound inquiries and explain service options clearly
- Present financial products in Uzbek
- Build and maintain strong client relationships over the phone
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets
- Accurately log all activities and client interactions in the CRM
Requirements:
- Fluent in Uzbek and Russian; intermediate English
- Strong communication and phone-based sales skills
- Reliable internet and remote work setup
- Must be available to work the required schedule, including weekends
