Tibbo Systems — SEO & Growth Marketing Manager
Tibbo Systems
is an IT software product company leading in solutions for the Internet of Things (IoT), IT infrastructure management, industrial and building automation, remote monitoring and service, physical access control, and data center management.
We are looking for a full-time Growth Marketing Manager to strengthen our organic acquisition engine and build predictable demand through technical SEO, AEO (AI/answer optimization), content copywriting, link building, and ABM-style outreach.
What you’ll do

  • Web analytics and auditing, post-click analysis (Google Analytics), review of service usage statistics, qualitative and quantitative research

SEO / AEO

  • Own organic growth: increase qualified website traffic and improve conversion rate on key pages.
  • Run technical SEO audits and coordinate fixes with the product/dev team: indexing, crawlability, Core Web Vitals, redirects, canonicalization, internal linking, structured data/schema, sitemaps/robots, logics around duplicates, etc.
  • Build and maintain a keyword + intent map (BoFu/decision pages, “vs/alternatives,” use cases, solution pages).
  • Implement AEO practices to improve visibility in AI-powered answers and featured snippets: FAQ blocks, schema, entity-oriented content, concise “answer-ready” sections, and strong on-page structure.
  • Set SEO reporting cadence (GSC/GA4 + rank tracking), and translate insights into a prioritized backlog.

Copywriting & content execution

  • Write and/or edit high-impact B2B copy: landing pages, solution pages, comparison pages, product messaging blocks, blog posts.
  • Create content briefs and work with SMEs to produce credible, technical, non-fluffy materials.
  • Improve on-page conversion: CTAs, page structure, value propositions, proof blocks, microcopy.

Link building & digital PR

  • Build and execute a white-hat link acquisition program: guest posts, partner placements, resource pages, directories, community mentions.
  • Run outreach to editors, communities, integrators, and partners; negotiate placements and track link quality.
  • Maintain a backlink pipeline (targets, status, outcomes) and measure impact on rankings/traffic.

Outreach / ABM

  • Support account-based motion: build target account lists (B2B), segment by region/industry/use case.
  • Run personalized outreach sequences (email + LinkedIn) to drive visits to high-intent pages and create sales conversations.
  • Coordinate with sales/business development on messaging, offers, and follow-up loops.

What we expect

  • 3+ years in B2B digital marketing (software/SaaS preferred), with clear outcomes in SEO-driven growth.
  • Strong hands-on technical SEO skills and experience working with developers/product teams.
  • Confident B2B copywriting: you can turn technical input into clear, persuasive pages.
  • Practical experience in link building / outreach (earned links, partnerships, guest posts).
  • Solid analytics foundation (GA4, GSC; ability to interpret funnels and user behavior).
  • Tools familiarity: Ahrefs/Semrush, Screaming Frog (or similar crawler), GA4/GSC, Looker Studio (nice-to-have).
  • Upper-Intermediate English (Advanced is a plus).
  • Proactive, structured, able to run work independently on a part-time schedule.

Nice to have

  • PPC experience (Google Ads) — helpful, but not the focus.
  • ABM tools experience (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Apollo, Lemlist, etc.).
  • Basic HTML/CSS, CMS experience (WordPress/Webflow/other).
