The Role
E-commerce Strategy & Performance
- Define and execute the e-commerce strategy for DTC webstores in Kazakhstan and Belarus across multiple brands.
- Drive key KPIs: revenue, traffic, conversion, average order value, margin, and customer acquisition/retention.
- Translate objectives into clear action plans and roadmaps per country and brand.
Website & Content Management
- Oversee end-to-end webstore operations (10 stores across 2 countries).
- Coordinate suppliers and agencies for website updates, content, visuals, UX/UI, and conversion optimization.
Digital Marketing & Commercial Activation
- Plan, execute, and optimize traffic acquisition and paid campaigns (SEM, SEO, CPA, social, display, remarketing).
- Drive promotional campaigns and product activations, ensuring ROI and alignment with full-funnel strategy.
- Continuously analyze performance, reallocate budgets, and recommend improvements.
Team Leadership
- Lead and develop a local team (one per country), setting objectives and performance standards.
- Foster a collaborative, results-driven culture.
Logistics & Customer Experience
- Ensure smooth order fulfillment and stock management with logistics partners.
- Monitor delivery, returns, and customer satisfaction, ensuring a seamless end-to-end journey.
Analysis & Reporting
- Track and report on webstore performance; identify growth opportunities and risks.
- Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
The Candidate
- Higher education, ideally connected to business management or economics
- Experience managing e-commerce D2C website
- Business mindset with good understanding of Marketing drivers to improve business
- Result oriented and very good analytical skills
- String communications skills to build effective collaboration inside the company and with partners
- English
