About the Company
VillaCarte Group is an international real estate and development company operating in Phuket since 2012. Our portfolio includes large-scale residential projects such as Layan Green Park, La Vista Villas, and Layan Verde, as well as the VillaCarte real estate agency, the Sabai proptech project, and the La Green hotel.
As part of our growing sales operations, we are looking for a Sales & CRM Support Specialist to ensure accurate documentation, reporting, and CRM system development for our commercial teams.
Key Focus Areas
Sales Documentation Support
- Prepare quotations, reservation forms, and agreements for new deals based on sales team requests.
- Ensure all documents are accurate, compliant, and properly formatted.
CRM System Management
- Maintain and continuously improve the CRM system.
- Ensure data accuracy, structure, and usability for the sales team.
Reporting & Data Accuracy
- Prepare regular sales and performance reports.
- Support management with structured and reliable data.
Operational Support
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth administrative and documentation processes.
We Expect You to Have

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in document handling

Experience working with CRM systems

Confident use of PC tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, PDF tools)

Ability to manage time effectively and work with multiple requests

Language Requirements
