We are looking for an experienced Lead Designer who will take ownership of design processes and elevate the performance of an already established design team. This role is less about hands-on production and more about structure, clarity, and leadership — building efficient workflows, setting standards, and enabling designers to do their best work.
Responsibilities:
- Build, document, and continuously improve design processes and workflows
- Lead and mentor a ready-made team of designers (product, UX/UI, visual)
- Establish effective collaboration between design, product, and engineering
- Own design planning, prioritization, and resource allocation
- Identify process bottlenecks and proactively solve them
- Ensure consistency across products through design systems and best practices
- Represent design at a strategic level within the company
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in product/design roles, including leadership experience
- Proven track record of building or scaling design processes
- Experience managing and developing a team of designers
- Ability to think системно and translate chaos into clear processes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with design systems and cross-functional teams
