Your work journey at Brilic will look like this:

Idea validation. Participate in a committee that evaluates new app ideas from a product, technical and financial perspective. Provide input on what to build, what not to build, and when.

Take ownership of everything that follows ideation: manage a team of 4+ product owners and the entire product team to make these ideas come true and then turn them into profitable products.

Evaluate and approve all app concepts, user stories and designs from the product team.

Delivery: Ensure teams ship on time and with quality. Launch 5 apps per month.

Metrics: Define product success metrics. Track outcomes, not just outputs. Work on improving both product and financial metrics (e.g. conversion rates).

Go-to-Market: Partner with Marketing on launches and positioning. Coordinate releases and messaging. Oversee monetization strategy and the customer journey within it.

Own our app portfolio: Own a growing portfolio of apps, extending by multiple new apps per month. Improve existing apps with a focus on both product and monetization.

Feedback: Own customer understanding (user research, feedback loops, analytics)

Team development: Coach, and develop Product Owners. Set standards for product thinking and documentation. Create performance expectations. Act as an escalation point for product decisions.

Manage stakeholders: provide updates, align executives, sales, marketing, support, and tech. Communicate product plans, risks, and progress clearly.
Preferable Background
-
Experience: At least 3 years in product management in mobile applications, with experience in IT companies specializing in mobile app development. Experience developing multiple mobile apps (20+) OR exceptional experience developing highly successful mobile apps.

Preferred education: Higher education in IT or marketing.

Personality: Strong work ethic, honesty, reliability, stress-resistance, punctuality, and good communication skills. Ownership mindset and very high levels of responsibility.

Languages: Fluent Russian, English proficiency at a B2 level or above.
