The Role: Sales Manager (B2B)
We are looking for a driven, results-oriented Sales Manager to scale our growth by partnering with the world's most prominent brands. This is a key role for someone who thrives on closing high-value deals and wants to be part of a success story.
You will be responsible for:
- Full-cycle B2B sales: proactively selling our premium advertising video production services for Instagram and YouTube to large international brands and agencies
- New business development: actively sourcing, prospecting, and acquiring new clients from our target segments
- Account reactivation: working with our existing client database to renew and expand partnerships
- Internal collaboration: seamlessly communicating with our internal team of project managers, designers, and creatives to structure compelling offers
- Reporting: providing clear and structured sales pipeline and performance reports to the company's leadership.
Our ideal candidate has:
- Higher Education
- Fluent English (C1-C2 Level): excellent written and verbal communication skills for negotiating with international clients
- Proven B2B sales experience: minimum 3+ years of successful experience in B2B sales, preferably in service, media, or tech
- A hunter's mindset: high activity levels, persistence, and a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Excellent communication & team skills: ability to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with internal cross-functional teams
- Understanding of the advertising landscape: knowledge of the digital media market, social video trends, and agency dynamics is a significant plus.
