Store auditor (Store asset protection)

Обязанности:

• · Support the AP Coordinator (MD) in the preparation, review and completion of the local Store Audit Plan.

  · Conduct regular audit + follow-up visits

  · Conduct fraud audits and investigation, when needed.

  · Perform regular analysis on store’s inventory, PI results and accuracy, cash discrepancies and write off process to ensure that policies and programs to reduce losses are implemented.

  · Run Asset Protection tools such as: “LPMS/CAMS” to complete and archive store audit reports + consolidate SA results and performance.

  · Knowledge in physical security topics is appreciated, to ensure that security & loss prevention standards are consistently and effectively applied.

  · Liaise with Regional Managers / Head of Sales to address store audit issues and ensure adequate corrective measures.

  · Proactively collaborate with other Functions (Store Operations, IT, SC, Brand Protection, Risk, HR…) to improve SA checklist with new controls or checkpoints aimed at satisfying business needs and compliance requirements (Privacy/ MDR regulation / Health and Safety…)

  · Collaborate with Asset Protection teams (EMEA + other regions) to develop best practices, common tools, procedures, and common Store Audit Checklist.

· Good communication skills in English

· Good analytical skills and advanced Excel & ppt user.

· Ability to present the material to the Group in a clear and concise manner, providing succinct analytics with clear conclusions.

· Respecting deadlines set by the Group

· Ensuring the audit tests are effective and are followed up by those assigned responsible for action plans (RSDs)

· The scope and rhythm of tests are effective to achieve the objective (extra tests if errors are detected)

· Effective & efficient collaboration with the Retail management team to control existing SOPs and improve it to the next level.
