We are looking for an experienced and proactive Technical Account Manager to own and manage relationships with our key merchants.

📍 Responsibilities:
Be the main day-to-day contact for crypto|payment system merchants.
• Act as the primary technical liaison during integration, onboarding, and post-launch support.
• Coordinate with internal Tech, Compliance, Finance, and Product teams.
• Assist with API integrations, payment flows, wallet setup, and troubleshooting.
• Proactively monitor merchant activity and resolve issues.
• Maintain documentation, integration notes, and CRM records.

🎯 Mandatory Requirements:
• 2+ years experience in payments, fintech, crypto, PSPs, or merchant services.
• Fluent English (B2+) & Russian (B2+) – both written and spoken.
• Understanding of payment flows, KYC/KYB, compliance.
• Technical literacy: experience with APIs, webhooks, dashboards.
• Experience with CRM, ticketing systems, Slack/Telegram, Jira.
• Must agree to work with Teramind monitoring tool.
• Must be ready to work in GMT+4 ±1 hour timezone.
• Ownership, problem-solving skills, and client-focused mindset.

• Direct experience with crypto payments/blockchains (TRON, ETH, BTC).
• Understanding of conversion flows, exchange rates, operational risk.
• Previous work at known crypto PSPs, fintechs, or payment providers.
