Working: Remotely, as part of an international team

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities for Clinical Trial Logistics services;

  • Drive the full sales cycle: from lead generation and prospecting through to contract negotiation and deal closure;

  • Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects, accurately forecast sales, and consistently meet and exceed revenue and margin targets;

  • Map and engage decision-makers within the target customer to build strategic relationships and maximise account potential;

  • Deliver persuasive sales presentations, tailored proposals, and compelling value propositions that differentiate COREX;

  • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, regulatory, quality assurance, finance, legal) to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients;

  • Maintain accurate records of business development activity using the company’s CRM system and other sales tools;

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform strategic growth initiatives and marketing strategy;

  • Represent COREX Logistics at industry conferences, exhibitions, and client meetings.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Business Development within the clinical trials industry;
  • Degree in administration or business field would be an asset;
  • Passion for sales; 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;   

  • Good business acumen;  

  • Ability to work under time constraint;

  • Ability to establish and meet priorities, deadlines, and objectives.
