We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Manager to join our team, drive new business acquisition and build long-term partnerships with clients across the EU, with a focus on the DACH region.
In this role, you will take ownership of the full sales cycle, develop outbound strategies, engage enterprise decision-makers, and convert opportunities into sustainable revenue growth.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 3–5+ years of experience in IT sales / business development (outsourcing, outstaffing, custom development, or IT consulting);
- Proven track record in outbound lead generation and cold outreach;
- Experience working with Western or EU clients, preferably DACH;
- Strong ability to build relationships with enterprise-level stakeholders;
- Ability to build and manage your own sales funnel and communicate required resources internally;
- Fluent English (C1+) — written and spoken;
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills;
- Self-driven, results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.
Responsibilities:
- Drive outbound lead generation across the EU/DACH region;
- Identify and engage prospective clients requiring IT services, custom software development, or dedicated teams;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise stakeholders and decision-makers;
- Analyze client organizational structures, needs, and business goals to propose tailored IT solutions;
- Collaborate with pre-sales, marketing, legal, and delivery teams to prepare compelling commercial proposals;
- Lead presentations, negotiations, and contract discussions with international clients;
- Develop and manage a high-quality sales funnel, including inbound and outbound leads;
- Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM updates;
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and opportunities in the EU IT services landscape;
- Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and international roadshows.

- Experience selling custom software development, dedicated teams, or IT consulting;
- Participation in roadshows, onsite client meetings, or international events;
- Willingness to travel internationally for client engagement;
- Fluent German (B2+/C1) — written and spoken.
