Responsibilities:
- Daily phone negotiations with clients in English;
- Conducting "cold calls" from an existing database during the probation period, and working with a "warm" database after successful completion of probation;
- Meeting sales targets and daily KPIs;
- Supporting clients throughout the entire sales process: before, during, and after the deal.
Requirements:
- Ambitious and open-minded with a strong command of the English language;
- Result-oriented, clear about personal goals;
- Stress-resistant and able to handle constant negotiations;
- Constantly eager to learn new things;
- Focused on personal and professional development;
- Passionate about their work;
- Previous relevant experience (preferred, but not required).
Conditions:
- Salary: fixed component of 100,000 RUB + bonuses based on performance;
- Office-based work (hybrid/remote work not available);
- Total income after probation period — from 150,000 RUB (fixed salary + bonus, depending on KPI achievement);
- Monthly bonuses for meeting sales targets;
- Work schedule: Mon–Fri, start of the working day is negotiable;
- Compensation for internal training costs.
