Responsibilities:
- Support agents with booking-related queries and special requests
- Track, issue, and manage hotel confirmation numbers as required
- Process and manage booking amendments
- Manage reconfirmations with suppliers where required
- Provide on-the-spot troubleshooting for bookings
- Liaise with internal teams and suppliers to resolve booking issues
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in B2B online global hotel booking operations
- Hands-on experience with global hotel booking systems or bedbanks (e.g. Hotelbeds, Ratehawk, Dida, or similar) is highly preferred
- Strong ability to prioritize tasks and handle urgent booking situations efficiently
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Self-motivated, dependable, and customer-service oriented
- Ability to work flexible hours where required
