We are looking for Marketing Manager for MENA region. The role is based in Dubai, UAE.

As a Marketing Manager, you will:

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to successfully introduce and promote Utech’s products across the Middle East and North Africa.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Strategic Marketing teams to define pricing strategies, discount policies, and overall commercial positioning.
  • Lead the development and implementation of marketing plans and promotional programs for assigned product categories; coordinate and monitor their execution.
  • Plan and oversee market research activities to identify customer needs, industry trends, competitive dynamics, and growth opportunities.
  • Initiate, plan, and execute regional marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and industry events.
  • Drive and contribute to special marketing projects, including:
    • Economic and industry trend analysis
    • New product certification processes
    • Pricing strategy development and margin optimization
    • Market segmentation and customer targeting
    • Product positioning and distribution channel development
    • Sales forecasting
    • Market entry into new countries
    • Advertising effectiveness evaluation
    • Competitive analysis

Requirements and Competencies:

  • 3–5+ years of proven marketing experience (B2B experience preferred).
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and industrial marketing practices.
  • In-depth knowledge of key B2B solution providers in the MENA region.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to translate market insights into actionable business plans.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all organizational levels and with external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and executing marketing strategies.
  • Experience as a Product Marketing Manager in construction, building materials, engineering, or other industrial sectors will be considered a strong advantage.
