Now we’re looking for a Senior SEO Specialist who wants to build organic growth, not just optimize pages. Someone who thinks strategically, moves fast, and sees SEO as a product lever. A hands-on expert who can own the full SEO function end-to-end, generate bold hypotheses, and turn them into measurable traffic growth across international markets.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a scalable Google SEO strategy for US and LATAM markets.

  • Conduct regular technical SEO audits and drive implementation with the product/dev team.

  • Build and manage a structured content production process (hire and manage copywriters, create briefs, control quality).

  • Develop and execute a link building strategy.

  • Generate and validate SEO growth hypotheses.

  • Track performance and report on organic traffic, rankings, and conversions.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of hands-on SEO experience.

  • Proven experience with international SEO projects (US, LATAM, ES/PT markets).

  • Strong expertise in technical SEO, content SEO, and link building.

  • Experience managing copywriters and scaling content production.

  • Advanced knowledge of tools such as Ahrefs, GSC, GA4, or SEMrush.

  • Strong analytical mindset and ownership attitude.

  • Fluent English; Spanish and/or Portuguese is a strong plus.
