🔹 Decision Engine — Business‑Critical Banking Platform (Hiring Now)

We are expanding our team and opening a new position to support the development and evolution of our centralized Decision Engine — a platform at the core of loan application and approval processes, directly impacting operational efficiency and customer experience.

Purpose of the Position

To deliver business value by shaping approval strategies, guiding the development roadmap, and ensuring high‑quality, data‑driven decision logic across the bank’s credit workflows. The role involves cross‑functional collaboration, architecture oversight, and continuous system improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the roadmap for the Decision Engine, including strategy, prioritization, delivery, and quality assurance.
  • Supervise architecture and configuration of the centralized platform to ensure resilience, scalability, and compliance.
  • Translate business processes into structured rules, approval strategies, and decision algorithms.
  • Conduct input/output data analysis to identify inefficiencies, errors, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Manage full end‑to‑end testing cycles, including standalone and system‑level validation of logic accuracy.
  • Drive operational efficiency through automation, monitoring, and continuous improvement practices.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across risk, product, operations, and IT to align system logic with business objectives.
  • Promote best practices in documentation, modeling standards, and delivery processes.

Candidate Profile

  • Experience working with decisioning/approval/scoring or rule‑based/analytics platforms in banking or financial services.
  • Strong understanding of business process logic and its application within system frameworks.
  • Competence in data analysis; SQL or testing experience considered an advantage.
  • Background in managing or supporting mission‑critical systems, including configuration and stability oversight.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail, with a focus on measurable outcomes.
  • English — working proficiency; additional languages are a plus.
